Rhubarb Relish
To each 500g rhubard add:
2 medium onions chopped
2 cups sugar
6 teaspoons curry powder
10 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Boil together for 30 minutes. Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
